Because he died,we cherish the memory of the great man,to remind ourselves the experiences,Steve Jobs leave to the world ,particularly Jobs spiritual effect on filtration industry :
1,The permanent invention is the graft of art and science
Steve Jobs mentioned that, the biggest difference between Apple and others computers companies is Apple always try to graft and science .The teams need to learn such as anthropology,art,history,and poesy ect. Appearance and reach are the soul of Apple's products .
For the same reason to our filtration industry ,it is important for us to know the nature of customers' products which need to use filters for filtration .concentrate on the requirements for the application of liquid and help our customers' improve their quality of parts and give some suggestions .
2, To create the bright future must listen to customers
Some customers don't know what they need when they have not seen something .Steve Jobs and his team create and listen to customers,consolidated views and come true for the demand of people !
Some times ,filters importers such as trading companies and end users don't know clearly what the detail needed for filtration products .They are not specializes in filtration industry . We should listen and give some advices for customers to choose, or even design new filters to meet their requirements.Patient communication,be practical and realistic could open new markets !
3,Never fear of failure
Steve Jobs have faced many failure , they could be the top today for never fear of failure.Man can't avoid failure before good thing come ture ! Go and keep passion though life is short .
We may face some failure when customers mentioned about their problems.Never fear of failure , some have good suppliers and long time business , they don't accept new customers maybe not have time or resources to discuss . That's good and it is our honored when they could cooperate with our partners .We always keep helping and try our best to work out their question if possible.Look for reasons from ourselves first,if we are appropriate,customers could think for working together one day ! Help customers use suitable filtration materials is one of our purpose.
4, Continue looking for specialist
As people said : The most expensive in 21 Century is talents ! Apple collect some top excellent specialist ,summary of the teaching of the failure,Steve Jobs could give full scope to the talents,it is laudability !
How far we could go for filters is industry of much concern to some specialists, from research and development,design,manufacture to marketing and Customer Service . we all need to do by kinds of talents and group spirit !To every detail ,worry about the customer anxiety,utilize skilled personnel fully .Beside keep training for our people, we have to employ more new filters specialists ,engineers,designers,talented manager and skilled workers to provide best service for our customers .
5, Believe nothing is impossible firmly
Though Steve Jobs is a great CEO of Apple and The father of the modern computer, he is only a normal man just like us!
Maybe our filters not well known enough compare with worldwide leading filtration companies such as Pall and FSI,we should keep learning more from them , not only technology,also management and culture ect.
