From the beginning of 2011 , more and more customers inquiry Hongtek to help them to manufacture specification & extra-long filter cartridges ,for the normal specifications sometimes can't meet their special demands ,not only because the standard, also the filtration effects ! 

This let us take higher and higher attention to improve our diversified ideas , we have responsibility to help people deal with the problems in filtration industrial.Some specification not only need to open new mould to do , also need reliable and ripe technology , so we increase the investment to our R & D department ,enhancing learning ability for the new technology and investigation to ensure the high quality for the new specification cartridge filters .

Hongtek could offer the more kinds of special filters according to our customers' demand :

50" Normal and Absolute Melt Blown Filter Cartridges with and without PP corn , most of then use for waste water treatment systems ,low pressure drop,high flow rate ,good chemical resistance and excellent filtration filtration effects .

50" PP & Cotton String Wound Filter Cartridges with PP or S.S.Corn, some also need to install the filters with 222/fin ,222/flat seal , one important question is customers purchased the filters from others can't use , for the filters are long and need to make one whole inner core , not join the 20" and 30" corn together . Beside , manufacturer have to make the cartridges enough outer diameter , tight inside when a little loose to the surface of the filters , so that to keep high flow rate with steady quality of filtration efficiency !

10" and 20" Absolute String Wound Filter Cartridges, this type wound cartridge is our new water filters particularly for PCB industry and waste water treatment liquid filtration system .It is two or three times longer life than the normal one with very high filter efficiency ! Now, we are moving fastest to recommend the filter to our new and regular customers, try our best to provide better filter media to clients to make satisfying .
