Ultrapure/Deionized Water Filtration

Dec. 30, 2017

Ultrapure Water Filtration.jpg

Ultrapure/Deionized water was originally produced by the U.S. science and technology community for the development of ultra-pure materials (semiconductor raw materials, nano-fine ceramic materials, etc.) using distillation, deionization, reverse osmosis, or other suitable supercritical refinement techniques water has been widely used in biological, medical, automotive and other fields.

This water in addition to water molecules (H20), almost no impurities, but no bacteria, viruses, chlorine and other organic matter, of course, there is no mineral trace minerals, ultra-pure water hardness, taste more Sweet, often called soft water, can be consumed directly, can also be boiled for drinking. Ultrapure water, is difficult to reach the general level of technology, such as water resistivity greater than 18MΩ * cm, close to 18.3MΩ * cm is called ultrapure water.

Application Requirements

1. Filters have low soluble substance, not to introduce foreigners

2. Filters be flushed by pure water, to keep TOC under acceptable level

3. Final filters keep reliable retention of particulates for a long time

4. Filters provide consistent high flow & be robust to satisfy mass manufacturing processes
