SS multi filter housing accommodate different end cap styles of filter cartridges in either DOE or SOE, providing economic and efficient alternatives of filtration processes. 1. Prepare the Installation Area:
● Choose a suitable location for the filter housing, ensuring it is easily accessible for maintenance and cartridge replacement.
● Ensure the installation area is clean, dry, and free from obstructions.
2. Connect Inlet and Outlet Lines:
● Identify the inlet and outlet ports on the filter housing.
● Connect the inlet pipe to the inlet port of the housing and the outlet pipe to the outlet port using compatible fittings and connectors.
● Ensure all connections are tight and leak-free.
3. Install Cartridges:
● Open the housing by loosening the closure mechanism, such as swing bolts or clamps.
● Insert the filter cartridges into the housing according to the manufacturer's instructions, ensuring they are properly seated and aligned.
● If the housing has multiple cartridge tiers, install cartridges in each tier following the designated order.
4. Close and Seal the Housing:
