SRB Series Spiral Resin Bonded Cartridge Filters have unique double layered structure. Resin bonded cartridges are made by mixing acrylic fibers and resins and sintered at high temperatures. The outer spiral layer of resin bonded filters are relatively loose, which are conducive to hold larger particles and the hard structure of the inner layers are high precision, so as to filter smaller impurities and achieve a filtration efficiency of 99.9% with long service life. Resin bonded cartridge filters are large flow rate, low resistance, strong ability to high precision filtration rating, high mechanical strength, good support, no fiber shedding and strong corrosion resistance. Due to the superior performance and good chemical compatibility, resin bonded cartridges are widely used in high-temperature and high viscosity liquid filtration in the petrochemical, chemical coatings, ink & coating industries, organic solvents and other industries.
