PPH Series Screwing Cap Type Polypropylene Homopolymer (PPH) Bag Filter Housing is made of PP reinforced polypropylene material, which is integrally injection-molded, without welding, no side leakage, easy to install and maintain. PPH bag filter housing has acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, good softness and easy molding. The choice of PPH single bag filter housing is mostly due to the particularity of liquid, strong acid, strong alkali, high temperature, and highly corrosive liquids, and traditional stainless steel filter housing materials are not suitable for application. The PPH bag filter housing makes up for the shortcomings of the stainless steel filter housing, and also greatly saves the equipment cost of industry filtration systems.

How to Install The PPH Bag Filter Housing?
1. Be sure to clean all the sealing rings and the sealing ring fixing groove of the filter housing before use, and then place the sealing ring in the sealing ring fixing groove naturally.
2. Put the filter bag into the mesh basket inside the housing, so that the ring of the filter is close to the inner wall of the filter barrel (for the housing with the barrel wall seal) or the inner wall of the basket (for the housing with the wall seal of the basket wall).
3. Place the filter bag press ring vertically above the filter bag ring and press the filter bag ring.
4. Place the inner pressure plate of the upper cover on the upper opening of the housing, and press the sealing ring evenly.
5. Screw the bag filter housing cover clockwise onto the housing.
6. Fit the pressure gauge fitting and install the pressure gauge.
7. Close the drain valve, open the inlet and outlet valves, and start the pump.
